The TRON: Legacy Light Cycle Will Blow Your Mind

TRON: Legacy, Disney's long awaited sequel to cult classic TRON is less than six months away. And the “house of mouse” is going all out in promoting the soon to be blockbuster movie. With four viral sites already under their belt, a fifth site recently popped up showcasing the redesign of the iconic Light Cycle. Acclaimed automotive concept designer Daniel Simon (who is also responsible for the amazing book Cosmic Motors) serves as the lead vehicle designer for the movie which hits theatres this December with visionary commercial director Joseph Kosinski at the helm.


And for those of you with some extra money burning a hole in your pocket, A listing recently went up on ebay for five custom built running versions of the new Light Cycle. The auction ends soon,
all you need is $35,000 to own a piece of movie history and exclusive bragging rights.

Shin Tanaka for UNIQLO

Japanese retailer UNIQLO has enlisted paper toy guru Shin Tanaka for a rather exciting display to promote the release of their Mickey by… collection. Shin's popular T-Boy character models the entire range of T-shirts starring Disney's famous mascot, greeting customers as soon as they enter the store. DC Comics' Then & Now Variants

DC Comics continues to pull out all the stops for their 75th Anniversary celebration. The company has commissioned some of the top artist in the industry to provide special variant covers as part of a line-wide celebration. Each artist takes an iconic cover from DC's past and re-imagines it for an ongoing series.

Jeff Koons 17th BMW Art Car


For over 35 years, BMW has collaborated with some of the worlds top artist to create show-stopping Art Cars designed to race in the annual 24 hours of Le Mans. With this years race just days away, BMW recently unveiled their latest masterpiece, an M3 GT2 designed in collaboration with Pop-Artist Jeff Koons. The end result is a design bursting with color conveying a dynamic appearance while standing still; evoking power, motion and bursting energy.
The car will sport #79 as a tribute to Andy Warhol's 1979 M1 Art Car.
